Watch Max on 3BB TV
If Max is included with your 3BB TV box (e.g. GIGATV box, AIS Playbox), here’s how to start streaming Max.
- On your 3BB TV box, install and open the Max app.
- Open Max and choose Sign In.
- On the Sign in screen, choose Use Email Address (on the left).
- Enter your Max (or HBO GO) account email and password, and then choose Continue.
Can’t sign in? Go to Troubleshooting below. - Choose who's watching and you're ready to stream.

I can’t sign in with my email and password
If you don't know or can’t sign in with the account email and password for your 3BB TV box, you can contact 3BB support:

I can't find Max on my device
If you can't find the Max app on your 3BB TV box, here are some things to try:
- Search for the Max app and install it.
- Check your TV box for software updates.
- Restart your TV box.
